Plantar Fasciitis Taping Technique
Plantar fasciitis is inflammation of the fascia on the bottom on the foot. It’s really common in runners, jumping athletes or active individuals who spend lots of time on their feet. Once irritated, it can be difficult to calm down. Applying kinesiotape can be a great way to help reduce pain in the area. Here’s one of my favorite taping techniques!
